Sabrina Parker

Servant Leader. Strategic Builder. Proven Organizer.

Sabrina Parker is a community leader, nonprofit executive, minister, and regional organizer with more than 30 years of executive leadership experience.  She is running to serve as Democratic State Executive Committee Woman for Senate District 25 because she believes our party must be organized, engaged, and present in every county - every month - not just during election season.

From day one of filing her candidacy, Sabrina personally contacted every Democratic County Chair in Senate District 25 to begin collaboration and build relationships.  That is the kind of leadership she brings: proactive, engaged, and accountable.

Executive Leadership & Workforce Innovation

Throughout her career, Sabrina has:

  • Built and led multi-county nonprofit organizations
  • Managed executive teams and developed emerging leaders
  • Secured over $10 million in state and federal funding
  • Maintained regulatory compliance across multiple state and federal agencies
  • Served as a HUD-Approved Housing Counselor
  • Specialized in strategic planning and grant development
  • Served on the Governor's Rural Health Task Force resulting to sweeping legislative changes

She also developed West Tennessee's first 3-D Dental Laboratory Pre-Apprenticeship and Apprenticeship Program, creating workforce pathways for low-income and justice-impacted individuals through advanced dental lab technology.

Her work connects innovation with opportunity-creating measurable, sustainable impact.

A Proven Organizer

In 2019, Sabrina founded and led the Jackson Mission of Mercy, assembling a 30-member planning committee and coordinating over 300 volunteers.

The initiative:

  • Served approximately 1,100 patients
  • Delivered more than $250,000 in free dental care

Her ability to organize at scale, mobilize volunteers, and execute complex initiatives demonstrate the leadership needed to strengthen Democratic infrastructure across all seven counties in Senate District 25.

Strengthening Democratic Infrastructure

Sabrina understands a major challenge across Senate District 25: too many ballot lines without Democratic candidates.

She has a clear plan to:

  • Recruit, train, and support more Democratic candidates
  • Build a year-round organizing network across all seven counties
  • Increase voter participation and civic engagement
  • Support down ballot candidates
  • Strengthen communication and collaboration between county parties

She is the Founder of the West Tennessee Democracts Network --- a regional communications and organizing hub designed to connect county parties, activists, and leaders.

Her focus is simple: Recruit. Train. Elect
